NSW: Della Bosca expects to make a return as early as this week

Embattled New South Wales Labor MP JOHN DELLA BOSCA expects to be exonerated over his
involvement in the Iguanas nightclub affair .. and reinstated as education minister as
early as this week.

Mr DELLA BOSCA has been in political exile for more than two months .. after he and
his wife .. federal Labor MP BELINDA NEAL .. were accused of bullying staff at a Central
Coast nightclub on June 6.

The state opposition has been calling for Mr DELLA BOSCA'S permanent removal from the
front bench .. after he was forced to talk to police about the events of that night.

Mr DELLA BOSCA has told Fairfax newspapers he has absolute confidence in the Director
of Public Prosecutions and NSW Police Force .. which are expected to deliver their findings
as early as this week .. and says he expects to be exonerated.

Premier MORRIS IEMMA has said he'll reinstate Mr DELLA BOSCA as education minister
if he's cleared by the DPP.
